Example: Forum: "Cats"
Sub-forum to Cats: "Dogs"

I want to keep sub-forum Dogs, but delete Cats. I want to then make Dogs the forum category where Cats use to be.

Change the parent forum of Dogs to whatever you want, then delete Cats.
