How to Restrict Permission from Deleting threads to certain usergroups?

Is there a plugin for that? Because I don't want anyone to delete threads anymore on my forums.
Please help me!

Oh dear you're using MyBB Version 1.6, 1.6 support has ended long ago. It's best to upgrade your forum to the latest version.

I highly recommend you upgrade your software though because you won't receive support for 1.6, if your gonna look for staff members help you won't get any because they've stopped 1.6.
