Somebody help to install and configure mysql
I make my web server with requirements needs to work mybb
I install at the localhost apchce, php, and mysql
When I get to the Database Configuration I have this error

how can I resolve this problem and how configure mysql server to work grate mybb forum

i install mysql-essential-5.0.27-win32 with the standart setings and with one manager i crate a databese (mybbb)

yes i type everything correct not work, i think the problem is in mysql i never work with mysql and i need to know how to configure him
