I added "TopStats" and it doesn't seem to create a sidebar? Any help?

Did you add this to your index template?

{$topStats['NewestUsers']}
{$topStats['Moderators']}

It is possible that code for sidebar was not added in the plugin because of custom code on index page template, you can follow this tutorial to add a sidebar and than add the variable for TopStats in the sidebar section

This is definitely part of it. Physically just need to add the sidebar code which is???

How can add toggle sidebar for your tutorial like invasion board(ipb)?

I'm not trying to hijack, but Advanced Sidebox makes adding sidebars to your forum pages as simple as point and click. You won't be limited to certain pages like index and portal. ASB can add side boxes to almost any page.
