Error validating verification code. Please make sure your redirect_uri is identical to the one you used in the OAuth dialog request
this error with facebook connect master for mybb
it happen after the latset update of myBB
and i dont know how to fix that
i recreate the facebook app and link is set inside the app
everything should be fine
but im still getting this error
where or how or what needed to fix that

what have you set for redirect_uri

have a look at few web search results so that you can try for fixing it

the URL in settings should be the website URL
the plugin allow me to set the app id and secret key from the facebook and some other stuff like member group and new PM with password
but there is no URL inside the plugin
the only URL settings are in facebook itself

any solution for this ? I am facing the same problem and don't know what to do.

My URL is "kieznachbarschaft.de" and typed in FBs app page "http://kieznachbarschaft.de" and alternatively the same with a trailing slash.

I get the following message in myBB start page:
"The following error occurred trying to accomplish your request:
Error validating verification code. Please make sure your redirect_uri is identical to the one you used in the OAuth dialog request"

Fresh install of 1.8.12 using MyFacebook Connect 3.2
