Depending on board settings and what usergroup a person is in, they may not be required to verify their new email after changing the email in User CP.  Shouldn't it always be verified when it is being changed?  https://github.com/mybb/mybb/blob/featur....php#L1162

@MyBB team - can anybody else comment this, I think this should be implemented - could bring issues with wrongly typed emails

I believe they should always be required to verify an email change as well.

I support fixing this issue as normal users have a tendency to make mistakes.

Would be nice to see this in 1.8 (I though about that, it seems to be really dangerous for users)
