In some languages (for example language I use in my forum which is Turkish) not every entry in language files should have its own translation.
For example in translation files there are entries for "are, is" or "at, of" and we simply do not need any word to be added there. Which causes a WARNING for that file.
I suggest that admins should be able to select entries and mark them as resolved, after entry has been marked as resolved it shouldn't cause the warning to be shown unless further change has been done on that entry by update.
Also in some files I noticed that I have more entries than I should, which means in some updates some entries from English file gets removed and my file has more entries than it should, so I would like to remove them via admin panel instead of searching for it in language files.
Also I would like to be able to change language's VERSION after I updated it.
