I need to open my site locally with an HTML file. So I did a full website backup but the public_html file is saved as a folder and not a HTML file. How can I open this site locally from the backup? I did unzip the backup file using winrar.

if you need forum system as html files system then you have to use a offline web browser
(eg. HTTrack Website Copier)
It doesn't have to be HTML files. All I have to be able to do is open the website locally in a browser.
