What should you do then for the action? Tips?

what is your forum url, which version of MyBB you are using & which theme ?

depending on your theme, that guidance might also be applicable for MyBB 1.8.10

Using the theme of Devel. Has performed exactly as described. Have also performed the same action under the theme Default. But get the same message.
