Congratulations Focus this is a very good looking Theme. (All devices - in premium)

1.  I am not sure how to add links to the Top links in the Focus theme. (same for the right top linksl)
It would be nice to have a tutorial on how to add these in Focus as well as Twitter/Facebook/Website Icons.

2. how do you go about changing the color scheme.

Hey itaidan999,
1. You can change the header links in

admin cp> templates and styles> Templates > Focus Templates > Header Templates > header_welcomeblock_guest and header_welcomeblock_member

Similarly for footer, you can change it in footer templates in below path

admin cp> templates and styles> Templates > Focus Templates > Footer Templates > footer

2. You can change color scheme using the theme edit Theme, at the bottom you will see option to change color, like in this page

I would appreciate your help  with  two things:

1. changing the favicon for the website URL at the top

2. How to write the admin alert announcement at the top where it says:
I am super Awesome Announcement, with links and can be used to announce important things. Check here

Hi I have found the answer to 1. I simply replaced the favicon.png in the image folder to my own.
I am still looking for the answer to query 2.
Also solved Template footer cache ( Caching) problem by simply copying it to a temporary file deleting the content, saving it and pasting the content again.

You can change the favicon by replace the favicon image present inside folder images>focus>favicon

Hi I understand that the Alert Announcement  can be changed in  the  the Header Template.
