when i fill all information in addition information it doesnot shows icon like this

Have you tested this?
I tested it on my Forum and it messed up the postbit so I had to reimport some database backups because I couldn't find what it had edited.

You have to adjust it to your custom theme, works fine, just make sure to apply all template changes and customize css
