Hello!
Is there a Plugin wich sticks a thread temporary? 
In my forum there are VIP Packages wich user can buy. They should be able to "push" their threads for like 5 hours to the top of each forum.

The plugin should, give usergroups temporary the right to "push" / stick their thread once.

I don't think there is any plugin for that, you need to get a custom one for this.
