MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:1040 - Too many connectionsQuery:[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server
Please contact the MyBB Group for technical support.

Contact your host mate, ask them to increase max_user_connections.

I am using hostigner can it be from the Database /FTP?

^ no, it can't be done through database & ftp. you have to contact your web host
