On our forum we have a special member group with their own subforum. They have been reporting that the search function doesn't work for them. When they try to search in just the subforum, they get results from the whole forum. That happens for them both when they use the search box in the subforum and when they use the forum search tool, but just select their subforum for searching in.
Everything worked fine from my admin account... but when I created a test account in that user group, I saw exactly what they were complaining about. What could be going on here?
Would test accounts help? I almost didn't believe that there was a real problem until I saw it.
