Need HELP, after upgrade MyBB to 1.8, all picture/attachment not showing

at www.rusunku.co.id supposedly all the thread displayed always have pictures
now all the pictures not showing, and all the attachment too

before this, its showing ERROR(43), then i already delete the install folder, and the web is working, but all the image not showing

also i already try
