I'm having this problem on my forum. This happened after I removed the Inc folder, but I put it back but this error prevails in the forum. Can someone help me? Is a forum that contains my studies and I can not lose it.

It is probably because all the settings inside inc/settings.php are gone. Can you open this file and put your site details, php database settings and cookie details
If you have a backup of that folder, try upload that.
