This user is banned. His IP address is blocked. Here is what I see.
What does this mean?
4 users active in the past 15 minutes (4 members, 0 of whom are invisible, and 0 guests).

banned users can login but cannot see anything except the banned message
however ban by ip address cannot be much effective as users can have dynamic ip / proxy ip

I would like you to know that I don't post a question without doing due-diligence researching and searching first. In fact, I hate to have to bother you guys!
I get the IP stuff. No doubt if for some odd reason they want to intrude on my extremely vertical, tiny corner of the world niche site, it will be back.
