So i accidentally typed my password wrong and my forum wants me to to do the image verification.

But it won't show. see photo below.

if you can login to forum admin panel then navigate to below location
forum admin panel >> configuration >> Login and Registration Options
>> Number of failed logins before verification required

change 3 to 5 and try login again !

captcha image issue needs to be checked later.

In other words, if you are using a typical installation, you would go to
domain.com/forum/admin/index.php

If you renamed the location of the admin folder, use the true admin folder name in the above url.

whoops guys I think I'm pretty screwed I can't get in at all. Is there a way to get back in via cpanel?

No it refuses to let me in I MUST enter the capicha before I can be logged in how do I fix the capacha?

I changed login attempts from 13 to 20 (i swear I only logged in wrong about 4 times not 13!)

what do I do?

will I have to start again?
