How can I make toplinks like this with Font-awesome. Nice sized icon with the text under it. I'm clueless tbh Can anyone help me with this?

Looking forward to it, I was working on my own custom theme but I just deleted the entire thing bc this played a vital role in the design and I unfortunately couldn't execute it.
