Yes I am recently having an issue with the plugin up loader as you can see on this picture link I get an error http://prntscr.com/enphdm and on the read me file to sett up I don't get this is what it says to get rid of the error 

Create folder 'temp' in ./inc/plugins/ and CHMOD to 777.

Upload ./inc/plugins/temp/test.php to ./inc/plugins/temp/

how would I create a folder with Temp in it ?

I can't answer the question, but I do have a ProTip: Put the name of the plugin in the title of the thread so that the author (the person who knows it best) can see it

navigate to plugins folder of your MyBB files server & create a new folder named temp

test.php file from the plugin's pack can be uploaded to the temp folder created at plugins folder of MyBB files server
