I get this sometimes randomly when using my forums and other members but I have no clue how to fix it any help

www.infernoforums.pw incase it's needed

if such problem appears frequently then please contact your web host

if your forum has limited resources then you may have to stop using a number of plugins !

I'm using 000webhost if there is a better option please recommend if not if I upgraded it to premium would that fix it?

^ personally, I do not like depending on free web hosts & their so called premium services.
if you are comfortable then better to find a shared web hosting at fair prices

Upgrading to premium won't fix it. Go to a decent shared host - I've used http://hawkhost.com previously, and would recommend them.

Lol that's what I picked and I didn't even read this thread bought it last night so far no issues and great costumer support to help me out
