Can anyone tell me how to add a Line below the Title, a Line/Separator between the User Details and a Post, And how to add a box around Join Date and Posts

You will need to modify postbit_classic template, I believe it is a custom theme. So theme creator will be easily able to help you out with it Smile

I know how to set into the classic mode dube but I'm asking how to increase the length of a line.

I didn't say you have to set it to classic mode, you have to modify the postbit_classic template to increase the length and add extra content as you showed in the above image.
It is a custom theme, so you will have to share the template code and website url so that we can help.
