It might not be a bad idea to post Rules and expectations about the IRC that you moderate. I found out the hard way that I was annoying people (not intentionaly I might add) and would have been better served by knowing the rules for communicating on your IRC up front. Maybe take some of the rules that apply on the forum and adapt them to your IRC. Just a thoughtSmile
