Is there any workaround to 'Sort by Un/locked thread' or something like 'Un/Locked thread first' thingy?
I mean, I want unlocked (or locked) threads to show up first. Any plugin or file edit?

No, there isn't - locked threads are usually stored at the bottom of a forum, top if they're posted from staff I think.
