hi guys,

I upgraded several mybb forums with the latest 1.2.9 patch.... using the files in the zip folder, and replace the ones currently being used..

this was all good until i realized that one of my forums may be a little bit older than what the upgrade files were meant for... but all seems well and it does say 1.2.9 in my admin CP.. but how do i know if what my previous version prior to the update was, and if its way older, how do i correctly upgrade it?

Download the 1.2.9 release from the main site, upload all the files within the Upload folder except inc/config.php and inc/settings.php and run the upgrade script.
