Everyday it seems im getting complaints from users who replied to a thread but then cant see their reply. I havent noticed this myself, and i cant figure it out.

Version 1.8.10 after jan build
Constantly using the rebuilding,recounting to attempt to fix it
Disabled caching

What else can I do?

That's quite vague. a forum URL would be helpful. Do you mean that it doesn't actually post? That they can't see it in their post list? It doesn't show up as the most recent post on the thread?

Post content is hidden from guests, but that shouldn't matter for this issue.

Their post goes through, but it takes awhile for them to actually see it sometimes. This doesn't seem to be happening with their own posts either, they sometimes can't view latest posts. The last post on the index shows correctly for them, but when they go to read the last post its not there yet.
