Hello, I had an old 1.6.15 forum that had major database errors, and the only way to recover my forum is to manually copy/paste 1000+ posts onto my new 1.8 forum. There is no fixing the database, only way to recovery everything is to post my own old stuff, and make an account called "Recovery" to post everybody else's posts as some fort of archive, then open my forum back up for my users to re-register.

So what is a fast way to edit the post dates for each post without doing it manually in the database? This has been very stressful for me.

For questions about the database: I made a backup.sql through the admin CP, something went wrong, and lots of Tables have missing values and the whole forum is bugged to hell.
looks like upgrade was not executed in correct manner.
if you are comfortable in paying then perhaps it would be better to hire an expert
no i can do this while watching some shows for a couple days.

thanks for the fast reply.

date changer is available for changing date of individual posts - not a bulk changer

thanks man, this will be very helpful!
^ still I'd say hiring an expert would be more beneficial.
sorry I can't think of anyone offering direct help as volunteer for such work ..
