See the Blog the news upgrade 1.8.11 , download the files, and read the documentation, have the DataBase Backup and Files MyBB 1.8.10, NOT have plugins , but in the moment to upgrade its a Blanc Page

what is your php version ? And what is Curl version ?
looks like actual error message is suppressed. can you check server error log to find the cause ..

Sorry .m. Cant Access to Server Log    Not have permission to view that information
