Whenever a new user signs up he's not receiving his activation e-mail and so he's can't activate his account and post.

I checked the mail logs and there's this error: "MyBB was unable to send the email using the PHP mail() function."

I'm using namecheap shared hosting. 

What do I do?

contact your hosting provider.they block your php mail function.

I contacted them and solved it. Thanks
