I'm assuming you'd still want a distinction between forums users simply don't have access to and hidden forums that only admins/gmods should see?

Basically this excludes admin/gmod forums for the most part. So yeah. This would just show the forums for groups like VIP, or "Elite" groups but they would have the shadow and text on it.
