check again what you have entered for logo image at the theme properties.

actually which image you wanted to use for the logo & where you have uploaded it ?
~/images/AvatarLogo.png --> system is saying that image contains errors !

Yes i have upload my logo on image

^ what is that logo image file name & in which folder you have uploaded it ?
