i did a file verification in ACP and found this error.I don't remember if i changed something in that file.

Did you use Google SEO ?

If so that is needed to make friendly urls to work.

Otherwise make a backup of that file and compare with original one. But you can upload again original one via ftp.

problem solved,uploaded a fresh copy of that file and problem disappeared.

No, the Google SEO is a plugin used to make the URL's more friendly, manage meta tags, and other aspects of search engine presence.
