For some odd reason, images are not appearing in the admincp.
For example - 



I've inspected them and all the files are in the correct areas. Images show up on my main board still, just not inside the admincp.

Turns out it's a 403 forbidden error stopping these images from showing up.


Any idea why this is happening? Is this a host problem?

Could either be your host, or your CPanel CHMOD settings. Make sure the folders are set to 0755. If not contact your host, it may be a ModSecurity rule blocing it on apache.

They are set as 0755 and ModSecurity has been turned off.

^ have you checked permissions of those individual images ? in general, should be set with CHMOD 644

Have you solve this Citrus? Because I have the same problem after updating my forum to 1.8.11. Admin CP images are not showing.

run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification

Checked before i say anything.
Got the same problem and the file verification say's: Congratulations! No corrupt files have been found on your installation.
Happens in 1.8.11 and 1.18.12.
