Hi there,
I have set up an internal mybb forum but I used an old LDAP plugin for mybb and disabled registration. So now everyone gets registered with a specific ID pulled from LDAP. But this is just a number and does not identify the individual in the organization. I also do pull in the person's name while i register them with LDAP and i fill in the "usertitle" field with their actual name. However, the forum shows people's usernames in the discussions and it is a bit confusing to read.
Is there any way i can show "usertitle" instead of "username" in the discussion threads, including the quotes. So instead of "XXX wrote:..." have "YYY wrote:..." where YYY is the usertitle.
I tried to register people with their names set as the username and authenticate them with their actual number id but that didnt work.
Thank you for your help!
