I have made all those changes and now there is no any error in File Verification. but still the privous problem is same. when user try to login its shows the messages and successfully done but after refresh it doesn't show welcome screen but after refresh again its appear. and same as when user try to logout it dosen't work after refresh its remain same as previous.
