your MyBB files server has a file named htaccess.txt - rename it as .htaccess (file name has a dot at beginning)

you can disable SEF URLs at forum admin panel settings

forum admin panel >> Configuration (Settings) >> Server and Optimization Options >>
Enable search engine friendly URLs? >> select disabled & save the settings
