sorry to keep asking tons of questions. i feel stupid asking this but the time zone is a bit off i went to the date and time in the admin cp. it says gmt and gives a bunch of choices around gmt (ie gmt -5 hr 2hrs ect.) . i want it to be east coast u.s.a time. which one do i pick.

you can use GMT -5:00
note: user control panel options also has the time zone selection

thx for the user control panel i could not find how do i get there? also for the gmt -5:00 do I click daylights saving time? in the u.s.a there is daylight savings now. thx

user control panel >> Edit Options >> Date and Time Options

Daylight Saving Time can be selected at admin panel settings
(at user control panel options, automatic detection may be set)
