I thought I had resolved this error "
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: update_thread_counters() in /home/nio4598/public_html/v12/inc/datahandlers/post.php on line 780
". I have no plugins any more I have the latest version of mybb can anyone help with this?

Reupload inc/functions.php

You need to uninstall your conditionals mod and or MyBulletin theme until the Theme / Mod author can provide a sufficient update.

It's not working and I deleted the default theme (I know it was stupid).

This is the stock MyBB 1.2.9 theme. Try importing it and seeing is that fixes the theme issue.

I take it you also enabled the theme on your forum as well as importing it?
