I have a mod and admin hangout on my forum. It requires a password to access and is inaccessible for normal members. The supermods and admin can access it just fine and I even have a test account that made into a Mod and I accessed it just fine with that.

But one of my Mods can't access it, I changed the permissions and she still could not access the sub forum no matter what, she gets the No Permissions page.

My forum is in my website button or my user title, the test account is Test test123

But I know that will work, my question is why is it that the other mod can't access it?

Have you tried making sure she isn't in any other membergroups that are not allowed in the forum?

The user has Mod for primary and secondary user group - they couldn't be more Mod
