I'm setting up my first every forum using myBB and i'm new to HTML.

I want to change my header can anyone tell me how?

basically each theme can use a separate logo image & its path is set at :
forum admin panel >> Templates & Style >> themes >> [your forum theme] --> scroll down for Edit Theme Properties --> Board Logo

Thank you how do i upload my logo? I've found the location you're mentioning.
Do i have to enter the table spacing and width aswell?

in general, uploading files to MyBB forum files server is done using a ftp client (eg. filezilla)
or through file manager provided at web host control panel
you may also upload image files to a images files host (eg. imgur.com) & use the image link at required location.
table space, width values at the theme properties need not be changed.

I'm still struggling I send my apologies, is there a guide or video I can watch
^ a couple of videos at youtube might be helpful ..
basically, a forum admin should have files uploading knowledge by using a ftp client & file manager at web host
internet has a lot of guidance related to the web development & administration.
when there is a confusion, searching over the net can be useful to get required information.
