Well , if you are new to this I prefer going with small shared hosting . BlueHost (Link for Exclusive offer of 2.95 $ / month instead of 7.99$/ month ) is one of the best cheap hosting . Later if you feel I am lacking some features and lacking storages and security . Simple move on to VPS hosting as what .m. Said .

I started with a VPS and it costs only $5/month from digital ocean. If you ever want to increase storage or speed, you can always do that without any modification to your server. I am glad i didnt start with shared hosting.
