Hello,

My forum has fail to load captcha image when login (Please review the image below). I need your help to find a way to fix this.



Note: The captcha image does not show even I click refresh button.

have you run file verification tool ? what does it report ?

looks like a php file is saved with BoM. if so, that needs to be cleaned.

I have tried php files cleaner plugin, but it generate an error when I try to clean the error file:

"The following files could not be modified due to the lack of read/write permissions: E:\HostingSpaces\ieltsvn\pdt-medvnu.info\wwwroot\noibo\inc\functions.php"

BTW, the require of captcha on longin option is disabled sometime. So we don't need to take care of this issue any longer.
