Suddenly all the users have the same IP in the list of who's online... I haven't modified or installed anything new...

A few weeks ago, we saw the same issue, we have fixed it changing "Scrutinize User's IP address?" from yes to no, but now it doesn't work...

Can you help me?

I already have done this...it doesn't work with "no" and it doesn't work with "yes"

i had same problem 3-4 months ago...
i contacted the ovh support and they said is a problem with mybb platform.
Mybb platform said isn't their problem

After 3-4 day...the problem was resolved without doing anything
