Currently running 1.8.11, upgraded directly from 1.8.9, the problem occurring on both versions.
Tools & Maintenance --> File Verification does not show any corrupted files

At the moment, it's not possible to proceed from the registration page.
Clicking "Submit Registration" without having filled anything out appears to work correctly, highlighting all the mandatory fields.
However, after filling everything out correctly, clicking "Submit Registration" just doesn't redirect.

Still the problem exists with the default theme?

Yes, the theme used doesn't appear to make a difference.

Wich version of mybb do you run?
Looks like 1.8.04 try to update.

I updated to 1.8.11 from 1.8.9 today.

Theres is your failure ... your templates still loading the js files from 1.8.04

How do I fix this? I tried reuploading the contents of the 1.8.11 jscripts folder to the forum's currently running jscripts folder but did not see a difference from doing that.

upgrading guidance Wrote:Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates.
This will show you a list of all the templates that have changed during the upgrade.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed
- or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed. If you have a custom theme installed,
it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.
