MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1366 - Incorrect integer value: 'NULL' for column 'gid' at row 1
Query:
INSERT INTO mbb_settinggroups (`gid`,`name`,`title`,`description`,`disporder`,`isdefault`) VALUES ('NULL','captcha','Add Catcha','Add captcha','1','0')

you can try editing the plugin file and replace NULL with 0 (zero) and '' with '0'

The File does not contain NULL in it

In Add Captcha I have edited the NULL into 0.
The plugin is activated but it does not show captcha in new post,new reply and elsewhere.

The Captcha is still not showing what to do?

Contact plugins author and make a pr.

I think is the best way to try fix it because only him knows his code and know how it works

It is more easy for him to do it and make a right guidance to you.

The Author is not Active. Can you help or make an good plugin to add captcha for new posts and new thread for new user(first 5 posts) or for only custom group users.
