I know they're working on MyBB two which is based on Laravel, but in the mean time I was inspired by Laravel's command-line utilities.

I created a command-line installer for MyBB.

looks like it can be useful.
perhaps we need a CLI based MyBB version up-grader to work with huge sized databases ..

I plan on implementing a slew of commands to mange the mybb installation via the command line.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I can finally use automation tools like Ansible to deploy a full MyBB stack using only command line. I will test this a lot and try to provide some feedback!
