how to install thank you mybb system. im new in mybb

you can select images, inc, jscripts folders & thx.php file of the plugin pack and drag them to public_html folder of MyBB forum files server

after uploading the files, visit plugins section of forum admin panel and install & activate the plugin

as .m. says you have to upload that content (folders) and only thx.php to root forum path via ftp client.

Then in admincp you have to click on plugins and there you must see thanyou mybb system.

Do install and activate, go to configure to setup options and done.

This weekend i upload latest version to mods site with lesser changes anyway.

but extras and previews has no folder in public_html.

^ yes, do not upload those other folders & files. And public_html folder is the main folder of your forum files.

extras folder - if ypu wish to conver other thanks system to this system.
previews folder - images of this system to see how it is working.
other files are github info and plugin information only see readme.txt for sample.

Do not upload other files because are not necessary.

Only you have to upload this folders.

images
inc
jscripts

There you have plugin files.

images folder - contain images used by plugin ( you can modify at your own )
inc folder - there you have task, lang files and plugin files to work ( most important files are here ).
jscripts folder - contains javascript and jquery file to improve ajax requests.

and thx.php file - loads thanks page to load thank given, receiven, post thanks, search by thanks and thanks page with all thanks listed.

And that is all.

why plugin is disable?

Because plugin settings are plugin disable to on or in installation routine you have a white screen on install and plugin does not installed propertly.
