which version of MyBB you are actually using ?
looks like you are using a theme coded for MyBB 1.6.x version !
it is not compatible with MyBB 1.8.x. have you purchased that theme ?

Yes, it's a paid version and it's 1.6.
So what do we do now then?

Can I not do it myself what the coder would do to update to 1.8 version? Is it that hard or?
Maybe pay someone for it...
Upgrading themes from 1.6.x to 1.8.x is a realy big deal and hard work, not easy and fast work, the whole template will need a rewrite.

Sounds unlikely to me tbh...
Anyways, what would it cost?
conversion of MyBB 1.6 theme to 1.8 version is a time consuming & complex task.

upgrading guidance Wrote:Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates.
This will show you a list of all the templates that have changed during the upgrade.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed
- or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed. If you have a custom theme installed,
it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.

you may also try basic theme updating guidance (1.6 - 1.8) [might not be suitable for dark themes]
