Greetings,
Not sure to post this here, it regards the main website's 'Support' page. On there you can click on a link to be directed to the Community Forums.
The link is broken. If you click on it, you get an error message. You have to put "index.php" behind the address.
At least, only then the adress works fro me

And I don't want anyone end up finding nothing while you guys give such great help!
The same thing happens to the IRC Livechat link on there, although I'm not sure what the solution to that is (honestly I haven't used it after I had the error message)
Cheers,

Hmm. I can't see why you're having problem with this as index.php should not be required as it's the default page.
I have to say - this works for me, do you have problems with any of the other links on the page? For example Ideas.
Which browser are you on?
I got the newest version of Internet Explorer.
How odd... I just deleted my Browser History (and thereby cookies from the MyBB site) and now the link did work.
I'm currently having trouble with forum updating and such, posted in the General Help section. As I can't see newly updated things, as well as new posts and threads (on another MyBB board).
As an added note I have a Google Pop-up blocker/toolbar thingie. I mainly use it against pop-ups though.
This thread is not a suggestion from me, but a problem for me.

It looks like you have set your browser cache to do something weird. It would explain why you cannot see updated things.
Can you try to "hard refresh" the pages you have trouble on (Ctrl + F5 in I.E)
Another thing you can do is to try the websites in a different browser (Firefox or Opera for example) to make sure that it is only an I.E problem.

I frequent Invisionfree Forums, too, which also use the same updating as MyBB (I would say). And I don't have the problem on there, or indeed on any kind of forum.

Would this mean I have do keep doing 'hard refreshes' on the pages I have trouble with, or only once?

Or move back to the older I.E. version methinks. What browser do you use?
My suggestions of things to do were to try and figure out what is going on...so can you try them and report back?
My best guess is that this is a caching problem that you have caused in the settings somewhere, but I can't know for sure unless you try hard refreshing and other browsers.
In answer to your question, I use a mixture of Firefox and Opera. Firefox when I want to use certain toolbars (Stumble upon and Web Dev etc) and Opera for general browsing because it is so fast.
Seems the Hard Refresh works. Thanks.
Now about how to deal with broken links.
Should I post up a new thread or should I just post a thread with all the issues I tend to have (this is the 3rd issue today... and I'm just started today...)
Cheers,

Just post the issues in this thread. It'll be easier to have them all together. I suspect the broken links are simply another caching problem.
Check your temp settings as DrPoodle said (Internet options > Browing history > settings), Make sure it's not set to never.
EDIT: Wow, 3 new posts before me!
Heh. Anyways thanks but the problems are resolved.
