Yes I changed the Time back to normal settings. it was at -8 , its still at -8 and I didnt change anything..

You need to change the timezone setting in User CP --> Edit Options. The default timezone only applies to guests and new registrations.

If you set the timezone to "GMT" and your time differs from the actual GMT time, chances are that your server time is set wrong and you'll have to contact your host about it.
